Returns & Exchange

Here at S&L, we want you to be satisfied with your purchase and we do everything to make sure that is happening. We inspect everything thoroughly before we send it out and carefully package everything to prevent damage. However, sometimes we understand that things don't always go to plan and sometimes even if everything goes right some people change their mind,  so if this happens, here's what you can do about it. 


How to return?

Simply fill out the form below and then return the items to us in their original, resalable condition, and securely packaged within 30 days of purchase.

All goods must be returned complete, unused and in the same condition as received with the original box and packaging in an undamaged and resalable condition. No refund can be issued until the goods have been received and inspected by us so there may be a small delay. 

For hygiene reasons, we can’t accept the returns of undergarments if these items have been worn. We understand you would like to try clothing on for sizing and fit, but please make sure you wear undergarments when trying on for size. Our Returns Department will inspect your items before issuing a refund to ensure your item is unworn and in a resalable condition

Please note: if you are returning an item because the item is no longer wanted or you have changed your mind the postage cost will be deducted from your final refund amount.
